Maple Building Services is an established, Traditional Company of Building Contractors and Developers with over 20 years of experience across a broad range of contract sizes and types.
The company has continually grown over the years and remains to do so. We offer a wealth of knowledge and sensitivity to the Historic Styles of East Anglia and pride ourselves for achieving exceptional Standards of Design and Craftsmanship to satisfy customers’ individual building needs.
We have particular experience in the Restoration of Period Properties using Reclaimed Materials and Traditional Building Techniques and can show many fine examples of our workmanship, which are spread across East Anglia.
With a directly employed and highly skilled workforce covering all trades, each project is carried out in a highly efficient and controlled manner. Over the years, Maple Building Services has built up quite a unique Company Structure which can now proudly offer many “In House” services. Within our modern Joinery Workshop are our skilled team of Joiners who continue to delight our customers by working closely with each of them to satisfy a host of individual requirements to the very highest Standards of Workmanship.
The Company also provides a Groundworks division which is fully equipped with all modern Plant and Machinery to carryout all Below Groundworks by our highly trained team.
A full Architectural design service is also part of Maple Building Services. This unique situation allows the company to offer “In House” Design and Build packages whereby we can work very closely with the Client from Project Inception through to completion, allowing constant monitoring of Building Costs throughout the Design stages.
Since Maple Building Services has been developing their own projects (over the last 4 years), several Local Authorities have encouraged us to enter the developments into their Awards Schemes. In April 2008, we were invited to the University Arms Hotel, Cambridge by LABC East Anglia, where our Cavendish Road, Clare Development was a Finalist in the “Best Housing or Residential Project” Category, and the quality of Build was again recognised and the Awards scheme continued to be a success for Maple when we achieved Six Category Nominations in the 2009 LABC Awards at Cambridge. Maple Building Services is a company committed to Quality of Finish, Workmanship, Customer Care and After Care as well as maintaining a competitive and commercial approach in the service to our clients.
