Over the past few months, the management team at Maple have been busy setting up a Property Services Division within the company. We have been established on Traditional Values with over 20 years of experience across a broad range of contracts. From a solid foundation built on the experience and expertise of our time served tradesman, Maple Building Services has evolved a unique company structure which offers many specialised “In House” services.

So what makes us different from any other Maintenance Company? Unlike other Letting or Management Companies where the Agent passes on your problem to an appointed Sub-Contractor to carry out the necessary work adding commission, unnecessary administration charges and link to which you the Customer has no direct control over. Maple Building Services will appoint a dedicated Property Manager who inspects, procures and facilitates on your behalf using our own directly employed and highly skilled workforce.

Maple Building Services also incorporate a Policy where all “Small Works” (replacing a roof tile, fixing a dripping tap etc), would be included within the original agreed Annual Management Fee. We firmly believe that this type of problem solving should be included within the Management Fee and not treated as an extra cost, (which seems to be a common practice these days).

Customer Satisfaction is paramount to us and we strongly believe that all Customer's are unique and should not be categorized into universal “one contract suits all” Agreements. Our Property Manager tailors our Client's needs whether it’s Residential, Retail or Commercial into a bespoke arrangement which benefits you the Customer.
