Current Projects:
Colne Engaine - We are pleased to continue our building project in Colne Engaine, working closely with the Architect, George. The project involves completing two terraced houses, with one plot already finished. Earlier this year, we were involved on this same site, where we demolished an outbuilding and replaced it with a new single-storey dwelling, as well as completing one of the three terraced houses. We are excited to continue the development here and to build on the strong working relationships already established on site.
Barrow - We are currently constructing two new extensions at a residential property in Barrow for a valued returning client. Having previously worked with them on earlier projects, we are delighted to be entrusted once again to deliver tailored solutions for their home.
Braxted - Working in collaboration with architect George, we are undertaking proposed partial demolition works along with an extension and alterations to an existing cricket pavilion in Braxted.
Braintree - Construction of two new commercial units in Braintree, demonstrating our expertise in commercial development. We are creating modern, functional spaces for business use - once again in partnership with architect George.

We are delighted to have completed Plot 3 (1 of 3 terraced houses) at our Colne Engaine development, working closely with Architect George. Earlier this year, we transformed the site by demolishing an outbuilding and constructing a new single-storey dwelling. In 2020, Maple Building Services was honoured to be appointed as the main contractor for the conversion of an existing barn into a fully equipped professional sound studio, situated just 50 feet from the client’s home on their private grounds. Alongside this, Maple Building Services also converted a separate outbuilding into accommodation units for those using the studio.

Our responsibility was to build seven accommodation lodges for the Chestnut Group, situated amidst the picturesque Suffolk countryside within the grounds of The Weeping Willow pub.

Maple were pleased to have been re-appointed by an existing client of ours which we carried out work for approximately four years ago. Works which were involved in the second phase were the demolition of part of the existing stable building at the bottom of the garden and replace with a new timber single storey building to form a new Annexe.
Essex - Maple are honoured to have been appointed as the builder to carry out a large barn renovation to an existing barn to transform the building into a large sound studio which sits adjacent to the Client's home. This job in particular is very unique in a way that the existing barn structure stays insitu with renovation works applied, with a new outer barn shell and roof constructed over the top of the existing barn with a rear single storey extension to form the new sound studio.
