Hartest - Maple have recently been appointed to carry out works on an existing bungalow and garage in the heart of Hartest which is a village very close to our hearts due to the amount of work we have carried out previously in this area on various different projects over the years. The existing bungalow and garage are to receive substantial renovation works as the building had been empty for 7 years, modernising the inside and also forming a complete new internal layout with new render wall covering over the existing brickwork and new roof coverings applied to each building with PV being installed on the main bungalow. We look forward to working with the clients closely throughout this project to ensure all of their requirements and needs are met effectively and the end result provides them with a new home they dreamed of.

Essex - Maple are honoured to have been appointed as the builder to carry out a large barn renovation to an existing barn to transform the building into a large sound studio which sits adjacent to the Client's home. This job in particular is very unique in a way that the existing barn structure stays insitu with renovation works applied, with a new outer barn shell and roof constructed over the top of the existing barn with a rear single storey extension to form the new sound studio.
